• Supplier<Admin>

KafkaTopicClientImpl is created when:

• KsqlRestApplication is requested to buildApplication (and create a CommandStore)
• PreconditionChecker is created
• KsqlRestoreCommandTopic is created and requested to maybeCleanUpQuery
